Mother Atha Lee Bernard passed on November 02, 2025 in Bolivia, NC. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 1:00 pm, viewing will be held one hour before the service at Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 1229 Cedar Grove RD SW, Supply, NC 28462, Reverend Jaymus Stanley, Pastor, Cary Godwin, Eulogist. Burial will be in the Riley Hewett Cemetery. Atha Lee Grissett married the late Willie Rudolph Bernard, from this union they were blessed  with six children, Linda McDuffie, Janice Bernard, Brenda Bernard, Cheryl Bernard, Patsy S. Bernard and Richard R, Bernard. She leaves behind her youngest sister, Wanda Grissett, her brother in laws  Stephen Bernard, Sam M Hewett, John Grissett, sister in law, Irma Kaye Mitchell, a special granddaughter, Kristin Bernard and a host of other relatives and friends.
