It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the passing of Brenda Joyce Smith, who transitioned from this life on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Brenda was a beloved resident of Rowland, North Carolina, and a cherished member of her community.

Born on October 31, 1960, Brenda was a woman of strength, compassion, and love. She leaves behind a legacy through her five daughters, grandchildren, one sister, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

A Memorial Service honoring her life will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Celebrations of Life by Leggett-Patterson Funeral Home, 320 B E. 24th Street, Lumberton, NC.
