Carl Anthony Jones

Carl Anthony Jones passed away on January 14, 2022 at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC. He was born in Camden, SC on March 30, 1985 to Ms. Terry Ann Jones and Carl Anthony Watkins. He was educated in the Public Schools of Robeson County School System and graduated with his GED from Cornerstone Christian Correspondence School. He had a passion for animals and being outdoors as much as he could. One of his greatest pastimes was to go fishing for bass or cooking. Anthony had a huge heart and a bigger smile that would make you smile, even if you didn’t want to. He enjoyed family and silly laughter with his children, sisters or anyone who was around. Anthony loved fresh kicks and great smelling cologne, it would be hard to find him without both. 

Carl is preceded in death by his Grandfather Samuel Nelson Malloy and his Grandmother Ernestine P. Lewis, Grandmother Sara Lee Watkins, Uncle Antoine Lewis, Aunt Sabrina Malloy and Cousin Latanya Breeden.

Left to cherish his memories are his Mother Terry Ann (Ronald) of St. Pauls, NC, 

Father Carl (Tornetta) of Lake City, SC, his children Damyion Jones, Ja’Carreis Jones and Jaylee Jones all of Lumberton, NC, his sisters Simona Henley (Chris) of Fayetteville, NC, Deanna Montgomery, Nicolette Montgomery of Camden, SC, NiDijah Boston, Jessica Brayboy of Lake City, SC and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and friends. He also leaves a special Grandmother Dr. Syvalla Morrison Washington and Aunt Diana Collins
