James Kelvin Floyd, affectionately known as "Shine," passed away on April 19, 2024, in Raleigh, North Carolina. He was born to the late George Kennedy and Sarah Floyd.
He leaves behind his Siblings; Vernadine Allen (Junior), Jackie Floyd Washington (McDonald), Michael Floyd (Fenise), and Kenneth Floyd. Aunts: Deloris Floyd, Estella Floyd, and Brenda Floyd; Uncles: William Floyd Sr. and Grover Floyd. Nieces; Erica Washington-White (James), Jameka Floyd, Desiree Floyd (Allen Ray), and Cheneadra Floyd. Nephews; Ricardo Floyd (Tiffany), Jerrick “Tookie” Floyd, Donovan Washington (Stephanie), Quinn “Cruz” Floyd (Fancy), James “Lil James” Floyd, and Kadeem McArn. As well as, a host of loving cousins, great nieces, great nephews, and close friends.
